Mastering My Destiny is an independent education business focused on personal growth, professional skills and lifelong learning. We provide digital courses and educational events covering mindset, communication and practical workplace skills.

The Role

As a Program Facilitator, you'll work with individuals who are exploring personal and professional development options.

You'll follow an established framework to understand what they're looking for, provide relevant information about available programs, and support them through the defined decision process.

The role is structured, but your day-to-day workflow is self-directed.

What you'll be doing

- Conduct scheduled one-to-one conversations
- Ask relevant questions and listen carefully to understand each person's needs
- Explain program information clearly and accurately
- Follow the established process for documenting conversations and agreed follow-up
- Complete follow-up communication as required




- Participate in ongoing training and skills development

What success looks like

- Strong listening and communication skills
- Thoughtful, clear questioning
- Ability to remain professional and composed during conversations
- Consistent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- Ability to follow an established framework without forcing an outcome

Who this suits

Essential:

- Experience in a client-facing, sales, service, facilitation or communication-based role
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one conversations
- Able to work within an established process

Desirable:

- Experience in client engagement, mentoring, facilitation or structured program delivery
- Experience communicating with people from different professional backgrounds
- Experience working with digital education, training or learning programs
