About The Role The Program Support Officer provides essential administrative and coordination support to CFA's Training Design & Development (TD&D;) team, helping ensure operational learning and training materials are developed, quality-assured and delivered effectively.
Working closely with Coordinators and Learning Designers, you will coordinate schedules, meetings, resources and logistics, maintain accurate records and systems, and support the preparation of high-quality documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
You will also provide administrative support for CFA's learning and student management systems, coordinate consultation activities, undertake research and data processing, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a diverse role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing competing priorities while providing responsive and professional support.
About You
- Analytical skills,
including demonstrated ability to scope and implement new learning and development initiatives, processes and systems.
- Relevant administration skills and experience. Ability to draft standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively, with minimal supervision and direction.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office and databases), with knowledge of financial systems an advantage.
