About the role

This is a true dual functional role to start with as a PM and SM on a project while supporting other Site Managers.

You'll run your own project end-to-end as Project Manager managing client, program, budget, and close-out, and run it hands-on from site as Site Manager, approving SWMS, running Prestarts and walking the job daily.

You'll also direct other WA Site Managers day to day: coaching them, reviewing their sites, and keeping the standard consistent across every WA job.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Construction, who stays close to WA, with regular 1:1s, access to a shared pool of Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Estimators, and a direct line when the portfolio and your own site compete for your time.
