THE ROLE
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties,
with dedicated support from:
- Leasing team
- Inspection Agent (you'll only complete final bond inspections)
- Business Development Manager
- 2 Virtual Assistants
- Experienced administration support

ABOUT YOU
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised approach
