Who are we looking for?

- Have relevant experience in a similar commercial, industrial or retail property management role (essential).
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property).
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential).
- Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
- Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
- Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Be a confident communicator (verbal and written) with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team and with clients, tenants and others.

The Role Working across a portfolio of industrial and business park assets, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, delivering exceptional outcomes across tenant engagement, financial performance, lease administration, reporting, compliance and operational management. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager looking to further develop their career within a high-performing team while gaining exposure to sophisticated assets, institutional clients and complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day property management functions of the portfolio, ensuring exceptional client and tenant outcomes.
- Take ownership of lease administration, including rent reviews, arrears management,



vacancies and tenant communications.
- Prepare monthly client reports, financial commentary, budgets, forecasts and outgoings reconciliations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and service providers.
- Partner closely with Facilities Management to coordinate maintenance, compliance and operational initiatives.
- Maintain compliance, risk and statutory documentation, including tenant securities, insurances and contractor records.
- Manage financial activities including invoice approvals, tenant recoveries, arrears monitoring and budget performance.
- Support leasing activity and asset improvement initiatives that enhance portfolio performance.
