We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our dynamic and supportive property management team.

With a separate BDM and Leasing Department, our property management team are able to focus on property management and nurturing relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be managing your own portfolio of approximately 160 properties.

Key responsibilities

- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio, including arrears management, routine inspections, lease renewals and compliance
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Delivering a high level of communication and customer service

About you:

- Queensland Real Estate certificate or licence is a necessity




- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Professional in presentation and communication
- Valid driver's licence required
