Senior Property Manager - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Centrepoint Property Group has established itself as one of the state's most innovative and dynamic real estate groups, offering a comprehensive range of residential and commercial property services including property management, sales, leasing and project marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio, predominantly residential with some commercial properties, and lead our property management team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical property management skills with the maturity and experience to guide and support a team.

You will be a proactive and resilient professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, brings a high level of judgement to complex tenancy and client matters, and genuinely enjoys developing others. You'll work closely with management and the wider property management team to maintain high service standards as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of properties, predominantly residential with some commercial, including leasing inspections and negotiations.
- Personally conduct routine inspections and bond vacate/Property Condition Report (PCR) inspections across the portfolio.
- Lead and support the property management team,



including day-to-day guidance, mentoring and quality oversight of their work.
- Act as the escalation point for complex tenancy, client or maintenance issues.
- Prepare and review tenancy agreements and correspondence.
- Manage key client relationships, including checking and approving lease applications.
- Oversee property maintenance coordination across the portfolio.
- Contribute to improving team processes and procedures as the business grows.

About You The ideal candidate will have:

- Substantial experience in Property Management and Leasing, ideally across both residential and commercial, including experience mentoring, supporting or leading a team.
- A current Certificate of Registration (Certificate IV in Property Services highly regarded).
- Their own reliable car and a valid driver's licence.
- The ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a high level of initiative.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Well-spoken, well-presented, with excellent rapport-building and customer service skills.
- Rapid and accurate touch-typing skills.
