The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester – UAT Support to join our Digital team on a casual basis in Rosebery, NSW.

Supporting a key phase of our Digital Architecture Modernization Project, this role will assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) replatform. Working closely with the Senior Digital QA Analyst, developers and business stakeholders, you will execute test cases, identify and document defects, validate fixes and contribute to the successful delivery of a high-quality customer experience ahead of launch.

This is a hands-on testing role best suited to someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, attention to detail and working within established testing frameworks. The position focuses on test execution,



defect management and quality assurance activities rather than website design, content creation, digital marketing or campaign delivery.

This temporary casual opportunity will support a key digital transformation project and is expected to run from October 2026 through to January 2027. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday throughout the engagement period.

As the QA Tester – UAT Support, your responsibilities will include:

Test Execution & Quality Assurance

- Execute assigned test cases across the User Acceptance Testing phase of our ecommerce platform replatform project.
- Follow structured test scripts across customer, product, payment and order management journeys.
- Support regression testing activities following defect fixes and platform releases.
- Validate platform functionality and user experience against agreed business requirements.
- Assist in preparing the platform for go-live readiness.

Defect Management

- Log defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots and supporting evidence.
- Retest resolved defects and maintain accurate defect status updates.
- Escalate blockers, ambiguities and issues to the QA Lead in a timely manner.
- Contribute to daily and weekly testing progress updates.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with the QA Lead to understand testing priorities and coverage requirements.
- Partner with developers and business stakeholders to validate defect resolution.
- Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-focused project environment.

What You Will Bring To succeed in this position, you will bring:

- Previous experience in software testing, quality assurance or User Acceptance Testing.




- Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr or TestRail.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
- The ability to follow structured processes and testing frameworks.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence documenting defects and test results.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to seek clarification and escalate issues when required.
- Experience within ecommerce, retail, fashion or luxury environments is advantageous but not essential.
- Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms is highly regarded.
