About us: Elite Fleet Auto is a fast-growing, family-owned workshop in Cannonvale raising the standard across the Whitsundays. From the school run to fleet and commercial — plus performance, tuning and our own dyno — we cover general mechanical, diagnostics, 4WD & diesel, tyres, A/C, and auto-electrical under one roof. We do the job properly the first time, communicate clearly, and keep a professional shop floor.

Employment: Full-time, in office Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–4:30, Fri 8:00–2:30 (38-hour week, early Friday finish) Pay: Competitive, based on experience Role duties: You’ll join our mechanical team on cars, 4WDs and light commercials:

- Logbook servicing and general repairs - Diagnostics and fault finding - Engines, brakes, suspension, cooling and drivetrain work - 4WD & diesel, private & commercial, tyres, A/C - Support performance,



tuning and dyno work alongside the specialist crew where needed - Accurate job notes and workshop process - Keep a clean, safe bay (WHS) Must-haves:

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR30620) or equivalent trade qualification - Minimum 4 years post-trade / trade experience as a motor mechanic - Current Australian driver’s licence - Strong diagnostics and problem-solving - Comfortable with workshop and diagnostic tools - Reliable, clean worker who owns their jobs and communicates clearly - Right to work in Australia Nice-to-haves:

- Interest or experience in performance / dyno work - Air-con / ARCTick - Roadworthy / inspection ticket - Fleet or 4WD experience

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
