Quality and compliance should support outstanding services — not simply create more paperwork. As Quality, Risk & Compliance Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening the systems, processes and culture that underpin safe, effective and participant-focused services.

You'll have the opportunity to look at what's currently in place, identify opportunities to improve and build practical frameworks that support the organisation as it grows.

Working across the business, you'll help leaders and frontline teams understand their responsibilities, respond effectively to risk and incidents, and embed continuous improvement into everyday practice. Your work will have a direct impact on organisational capability, regulatory compliance and the experience of people accessing disability supports.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead quality, risk, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation's disability services.

This is a varied role combining governance and strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. You'll work closely with operational leaders and service teams to ensure systems are effective, understood and consistently applied.

Specifically, you will:

· Review and strengthen the organisation's quality and compliance framework

· Develop policies, procedures, registers and governance processes

· Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits and reviews

· Strengthen incident, complaints, risk and safeguarding systems

· Analyse data and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities The Organisation

What You Bring

You'll be an experienced quality, compliance, risk or governance professional with a strong understanding of disability services and the NDIS environment.

You will be confident interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical systems, processes and guidance. Just as importantly, you'll be able to build strong relationships with operational teams and bring people with you when implementing change.

Key experience and capabilities include:

· Experience in quality, compliance or governance within disability services

· Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements

· Experience developing and implementing quality frameworks and systems

· Knowledge of incident management, complaints, risk and safeguarding

· Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
