Job Description
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Child and Family Health team at Penrith Community Health Centre.
You will provide health and developmental assessments for children aged 0–5 years, deliver health promotion and early intervention, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
You will work in partnership with families, offering guidance, advocacy and person‐centred care to support healthy development.
