Job Description
EnableU Health Solutions in Sydney, NSW is hiring a Registered Nurse for a permanent full time role delivering community-based care across NDIS, Support at Home, and DVA programs.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care during home visits.
Key duties include administering medications, wound management, clinical observations, and coordinating with GPs and allied health specialists.
AHPRA registration, Bachelor of Nursing, and the ability to travel across Sydney are required.
