NSW Health's Blacktown Acute Care Team is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide intake, assessment and acute care in the community.
You will manage a wide-ranging caseload in a quick-paced, multidisciplinary setting and coordinate recovery-focused support.
You will work with consumers, families and partners to deliver person-centred care, crisis intervention, discharge planning and ongoing clinical review, contributing to better outcomes for diverse communities.
