Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in South Perth, WA. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing a professional first point of contact for the firm.

Daily tasks include handling mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments, maintaining reception and meeting areas, and performing basic clerical and administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure client needs are handled promptly,



maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of the office. The Receptionist is expected to represent Acute Business Services with a courteous, service-focused, and detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing a busy office workplace.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and communication skills to handle calls, messages, and client inquiries effectively.
- Clerical Skills such as ATO lodgements, filing, data entry, scanning, document handling, and basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, Xero, FYI, email, calendars).
- Customer Service and interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming, helpful, and respectful experience for all clients and visitors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in an accounting practice in administrative or reception role, preferably in professional services or an office setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized, with a commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
