About the role:

Receptionist - St John's Campus

Ongoing part-time – 35 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (39 term weeks plus two additional weeks)

Hours of work to be 8.15am – 3.45pm

Concordia College is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join the team in 2026 at our St John’s Campus in Highgate.

The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming, well-organised and professional front office environment. This role involves supporting the daily operations of Reception and assisting students within the Student Services area, including First Aid responsibilities as required.

The Receptionist role:

- Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional front office.

- Support students in Student Services, including First Aid as required.

- Provide administrative and reception support to the Principal, leaders and staff.

- Work accurately and calmly on multiple tasks during busy periods, using strong digital skills.

- Be the friendly first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors.





- Uphold the College's values and reputation through professionalism and teamwork

Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with students, parents, staff and visitors.

- Strong digital technology skills suited to reception and administrative work.

- High level of accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly during busy periods.

- Flexible, team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing priorities.

- Skilled presentation and the ability to follow established procedures (First Aid knowledge helpful).

- Knowledge of best practice facilities and property maintenance processes

- Current Working with Children Check and RRHAN-EC certification
