Weststar Prestige is an award winning family-owned business celebrating over 53 years in the industry based in the western suburbs in Sunshine North. We are a prestige autobody repair facility who are an authorised repairer for Mercedes Benz, Tesla, Suzuki and Peugeot.

We are looking for someone to join our reception and front of house administration team. We treat our staff like family so you would be joining a highly supportive team with room for growth and opportunities.

This position is responsible for customer service and administration activities. Experience in the industry would be preferable however onsite training will be offered to the successful applicant who fills this position.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

- Handling and directing all phone queries
- Greeting new and existing customers in a professional and positive manner
- Data entry, including entering invoices, quotes, insurance authorities
- Liasing with insurance companies and handling insurance claims processes
- Administrative duties




- Customer bookings and sending confirmation messages
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved

Preferred experience and skills

- Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Experience in data entry
- Experience in Microsoft and excel
- Strong administration skills
- Pleasant personality
- Experience with accounting software
