Receptionist – Part time during school hours – Berwick Office

Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers are a well respected general practice law firm with offices in Lilydale, Berwick, and Reservoir.

We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join us, based in Berwick.

This role would be five days a week, 9am to 3pm. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

- Answer a busy switchboard and direct calls or take accurate phone messages as needed;
- Making in-person clients feel welcome and settling them in meeting rooms as required;
- Tidy meeting rooms and keep reception spaces presentable between meetings;
- Assist lawyers with witnessing client’s Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other legal documents as required.

Experience in a law office is not essential but experience in reception in an office environment is required.

Key attributes required are a friendly and professional phone manner, a can-do attitude, and high attention to detail.
