The Opportunity

As a Career Consultant, you'll work one-on-one with clients from a wide range of industries across Western Australia, helping them identify new career opportunities, develop job search strategies and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

You may be supporting:

- A mining or resources worker exploring alternative employment following injury
- A transport or logistics professional preparing for a successful return to work
- A construction or tradesperson identifying new career pathways




- A healthcare or aged care worker rebuilding confidence after injury
- A manager or corporate professional navigating career transition

Every client has a unique story—and every outcome matters.

Using your coaching, recruitment and labour market expertise, you'll help people rebuild confidence, identify transferable skills and move forward with purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver personalised career coaching and career transition services.

- Support clients with career planning, job search and return-to-work pathways.

- Provide advice on resumes, LinkedIn profiles and interview preparation.

- Help clients identify transferable skills and realistic career options.

- Build relationships with employers, rehabilitation providers, insurers and referral partners.

- Manage a diverse caseload while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

- Empower people to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
