What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining relationships with employers
- Sourcing job opportunities through proactive employer outreach
- Cold calling and canvassing businesses to identify vacancies
- Matching suitable candidates to employment opportunities
- Managing a caseload of job seekers
- Supporting candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate records and achieving performance outcomes
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, business development, sales or a similar role
- Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with employers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-focused with a drive to achieve targets
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Current driver's licence
