About the Role

Based in the Coffs Harbour you'll be reporting into the People & Culture Business Partner for Regional NSW, working alongside various stakeholders from hiring managers and senior leadership through to head office support teams.

First and foremost this is a people orientated role with a strong recruitment and onboarding focus.

You'll be the key point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey in a highly regulated industry. You'll help them move from application through to commencement with our team. From coordinating interviews and preparing employment documentation to managing pre-employment checks and onboarding activities, you'll play an important role in ensuring new employees have a positive experience from day one.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building relationships. You'll be comfortable following up candidates and managers, chasing outstanding actions and making sure processes continue moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities across a range of positions across ACT and Regional NSW

- Build and maintain relationships with remote hiring managers and operational leaders across NSW and ACT

- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.





- Schedule interviews and support hiring managers with recruitment activities.

- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

- Coordinate and monitor pre-employment requirements including:
- Police Checks

- Right to Work checks

- Medical assessments

- Licence and qualification verification

- Follow up candidates and stakeholders to ensure documentation is completed within required timeframes.

- Review documentation and seek clarification where information is incomplete or missing.

- Support new employees through the onboarding process.

- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records.

- Provide administrative support to the broader People & Culture team as required.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR administration or a similar role.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you'll spend a lot of time on the phone and answering emails
- A proactive approach and confidence following up outstanding actions.





- The ability to build relationships with candidates, employees and leaders.

- Experience working with HR or recruitment systems would be highly regarded.
