The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic or Dual-Trade Technician to join our team.

This role is available as either:

Karratha

Residential Position or

FIFO Position (ex Perth)

We have flexibility depending on your lifestyle and preferred work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems

- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently

- Work across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments

- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

- Communicate professionally with clients and team members

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For





- Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration OR

- Dual Trade (highly desirable)

- Full ARCtick Licence (for refrigeration roles)

- Restricted electrical licence WA (minimum for refrigeration mechanics)

- Current driver’s licence

- Solid fault-finding skills

- Ability to work safely in hot Pilbara conditions

- Great attitude and strong work ethic
