I-MED Radiology Network is pleased to be offering an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing support and recovery services to the busy team within the North-West Region of Melbourne including Epping and Coolaroo.

This will be a Full-time Permanent role working Monday-Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with opportunities for weekend and on-call work with successful upskilling, reporting to the Nursing Co-ordinator and working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Key accountabilities include:

- Assist the Radiologist for interventional procedures, including gaining informed consent and medical history assessment, monitoring baseline observations and recovering patients post procedure.
- Interventional Procedures Include: Biopsies, Lumbar Punctures, Drainages and Pain Management Injections.
- Working collaboratively with Radiologists, Nuclear Medicine Physicians, technical and administrative staff and managers

Key selection criteria:

- Full AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven acute nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster
- Registered nursing experience (2-3 years)
- Desirable but not essential:





- Previous Experience in Radiology/Surgical/Procedural Nursing
- Anaesthetic Experience
