The Opportunity Provide frontline administrative and registry support within a justice-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to assist clients, support tribunal operations and contribute to accurate case management and service delivery.
What You'll Do • Provide information and assistance to clients face to face, by phone and in writing.
- Prepare matters for hearings, including documentation, notifications and arrangements.
- Deliver administrative and clerical support including document preparation and distribution.
- Prepare routine correspondence in line with required protocols and standards.
- Maintain case management records, files and information systems accurately.
- Liaise with internal teams and escalate complex matters when required.
