Based in the Perth office, you’ll take ownership of growing agency partnerships across the Eastern states (Queensland and NSW). With a warm pipeline, a recognised brand and direct access to our Founders and Operations Team, you’ll have the backing to build momentum quickly.
The opportunity
This is business development with a head start. Rather than building from zero, you’ll step into an established network and connect with property management teams and agency principals who understand the value of smarter support. You’ll introduce services designed to save agencies time and strengthen their portfolios.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Drive the conversation through purposeful outbound calls, timely follow-ups and decisive next steps.
- Win lasting agency partnerships by uncovering portfolio opportunities and understanding when prospects are ready to move.
- Own your pipeline with accurate CRM notes, clear outcomes and well-planned follow-up activity.
- Lead engaging meetings by phone, video and face to face, including agency visits during focused East Coast travel weeks.
- Turn activity into insight by sharing practical updates on priority leads, portfolio potential and expected conversion timeframes.
- Shape the growth strategy in close partnership with Management.
- Build our industry presence at selected events where it supports relationships and growth.
What you’ll bring
- Sales or business development success within property management or real estate agencies and the confidence to take the next step.
- Energy for high-volume outbound activity, backed by the discipline to keep your CRM accurate and practical.
- A confident, credible communication style across calls, video meetings and agency visits.
- The initiative to run your own pipeline and the team mindset to embrace hands-on coaching and office collaboration.
- Australian working rights, a current driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable car.
Bonus points: property management registration, experience working inside an agency, or confidence presenting at conferences and industry events.
