About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Club Attendant or Food & Beverage Attendant who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and step into a Relief Team Leader role. You will support venue operations and lead shifts as required. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive and growing hospitality group.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team on shift, and ensure our members and guests receive exceptional service. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional seeking flexible work while maintaining leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise venue operations during allocated shifts
- Coach, support and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure venue presentation,



cleanliness and service standards are maintained
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and issue resolution professionally
- Monitor gaming, bar and floor operations in line with club procedures
- Complete shift reporting and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and WHS requirements
- Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operational needs

About You

- Previous leadership experience within clubs, hospitality, gaming or food & beverage environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and build positive team culture
- Confident managing venue operations and resolving issues independently
- Reliable, professional and well organised
- Current RSA & RCG competency card (essential)
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude and hands-on leadership style
