Whilst the business operates across a range of construction sectors, this role will sit exclusively within the high-end residential division, working on bespoke, architecturally designed homes.

With an exciting pipeline of projects ahead, they are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager to help lead the next stage of growth.

The Role

You’ll work within smaller project teams, with direct communication, greater autonomy and less unnecessary paperwork and corporate bureaucracy. The focus is on building exceptional homes, managing your site well and maintaining strong relationships with clients and trades.

- Manage high-end architectural homes from start to finish
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Drive programme, quality and site presentation
- Work closely with clients, architects and consultants
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your projects
- Maintain the high level of finish expected throughout the build

About You





This role is suited to a detail-driven person, who prides himself on craftsmanship, finishes and the little things which matter.

You’ll ideally have

- Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager or a hands on experienced builder.
- Experience with high-end, bespoke or architectural homes
- Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality
- A proactive and organised approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Pride in your work and the homes you deliver
