With 10 years of heritage, BBQ-K Doncaster has grown alongside our loyal Doncaster community and now proudly operates multiple locations across Melbourne. We are known for our consistently high standards, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

We are currently seeking "experienced" Front of House team members to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- A minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in a "restaurant".
- **Please apply only if you have experience working in a restaurant.
- Please apply only if you can work consistently: 3-4 days per week (Weekdays, also including Friday and Saturday)
- AGAIN! ****Availability to commit to at least 3-4 dinner shifts per week including Friday, Saturday (dinner service only) on a consistent, ongoing basis.
- We are looking for responsible team members who can commit long-term and grow with the team.

***At BBQ-K, how you work matters more than how you interview. Rather than a formal interview, we conduct a paid 2-hour trial shift ($15/hour)



to see how candidates approach real tasks — from table cleaning to attitude on the floor.***

- A skilled and well-groomed appearance, reflecting the standards of a customer-facing role
- Applicants should be based near Doncaster, as shifts finish late and reliable late-night travel is essential.
- The ability to work efficiently and calmly in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures and service standards
- A proactive attitude with quick hands and a strong sense of urgency.

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
