Store Manager – South Yarra, Melbourne (Full-Time) Location: Chapel st, South Yarra, Melbourne

Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday

Wage: Level 6 Award Wage We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in South Yarra. This is a full-time, position where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do - Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach - Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met - Manage store sales and KPIs - Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets - Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance - Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards - Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a secure, healthy work environment What We’re Looking For - At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred) - Strong leadership, coaching,



and team-building skills - Results-driven, with a focus on customer service - Confident communicator with great people skills - Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems - Fluent in English - Passionate about our brand and products What We Offer - Ongoing support from our National Retail Manager and our Australian head office team.
