Margaret River Re-Gutters is a roofing and guttering business servicing residential and commercial properties throughout Margaret River and the South West of Western Australia.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Roof Plumber for full-time work installing, maintaining and repairing gutters, downpipes, flashings and other roof rainwater goods across the region. The role involves assessing site requirements, carrying out roof plumbing work safely and working with other trades and team members on residential and commercial jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair roof gutters and rainwater goods
- Install and repair downpipes and associated roof rainwater components
- Install and maintain Colorbond and other metal roof plumbing products
- Install, repair and maintain roof flashings
- Install fascia and gutter protection products where required
- Carry out roof maintenance and repair work
- Measure and assess roof and guttering requirements on residential and commercial sites
- Set out and install gutter and downpipe systems in accordance with site requirements
- Identify site conditions and potential installation challenges
- Work with other trades and team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
About you
- Practical roof plumbing or gutter installation experience, including work on metal roofs
- Experience installing gutters, downpipes and roof rainwater goods
- Experience with metal roof plumbing products and flashings
- Ability to carry out accurate measurements and site assessments
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Certificate III in Roof Plumbing, an equivalent relevant trade qualification, or demonstrated equivalent roof plumbing skills and experience
- White Card and Working at Heights tickets
- Current manual driver's licence valid for use in WA
