The Position:
- Lead catering staff to ensure high standards in food production and service.
- Allocate tasks, assist with training, and promote team development.
- Maintain protected, hygienic kitchen and dining areas in line with food safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
