Bramble Bay Co. is a proudly Australian manufacturer and wholesaler of home fragrance and gemstone jewellery products, supplying customers across Australia and internationally.

We're seeking a capable and customer-focused qualified to join our team in a hands-on role that combines customer service, e-commerce, sales administration and marketing support. If you enjoy working across multiple systems, solving problems, supporting customers and being part of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional administration role. Success in this position requires recent, hands-on experience using Shopify and other e-commerce and CRM platforms within a wholesale, retail, consumer products or similar environment. You will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and account support
- Process customer orders and manage sales administration activities
- Coordinate inventory, stock movements and product information
- Maintain customer and product data across business systems
- Manage and support all in-house e-commerce platforms
- Assist with website updates, digital marketing and social media activities
- Support operational improvements and day-to-day business activities.





ABOUT YOU You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering outstanding service. You bring proven experience working with Shopify and other e-commerce and CRM platforms, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Adaptable and proactive, you enjoy learning new systems, solving problems and contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
