What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting at open homes and auctions

- Prospecting through calls, door knocking, and letterbox drops

- Managing databases and handling buyer enquiries

- Supporting property listings and sales administration

- Preparing market reports and marketing material

- Learning from and working alongside a top-tier Director

What We’re Looking For

- Ambition to build a long-term career in residential sales

- High energy, enthusiasm,

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivation and discipline — you can work independently and stay on track

- Strong attention to detail and time management

- Agents Representative Certificate (or currently completing)

- Current driver’s licence and a reliable car

- Some experience in Real Estate (preferred)
