About the role:As a Calexico Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our boutique - welcoming clients, offering personalised styling, and building meaningful relationships that turn first-time shoppers into lifelong clients. You'll immerse yourself in our collections, contribute to the boutique's daily flow, and uphold the impeccable standards that make Calexico one of Australia's most loved luxury fashion destinations.

What you'll do:

- Deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful, personalized service.
- Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge across a range of luxury designers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic communication and clienteling.
- Support boutique operations - visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals while maintaining Calexico's elevated service culture.

About you:

- Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Confident, polished, and naturally engaging with clients.
- Passionate about style, with a refined eye for detail and presentation.
- Driven to achieve results while staying true to the brand's values and tone.
- Available 4-5 days a week, including key retail periods.
