Join Bendigo Toyota's New and Used Vehicle Sales team as an Elite Sales Top Gun

About the role

Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Bendigo Toyota's vehicle inventory, features and specifications to assist customers effectively.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPI's, sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails and walk-ins.

Maintain accurate customer records in the database and ensure all necessary documentation is completed efficiently. Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor movements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain loyalty and generate repeat business.

About you

- Previous experience in sales role is preferred but not essential

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or KPI's

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

- Valid driver's licence

- Flexibility to work 5-day week including Saturdays (no Sundays or Public Holidays required)

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
