Full time | $65k–$75k + super + commission. MJ Health Group is seeking a disciplined, values-led Sales Consultant to drive outbound calling, lead generation and conversions across our Adelaide and Melbourne locations. This is a hands-on phone role.
You will follow up new enquiries, reactivate past leads and clients, generate opportunities, book appointments and take ownership of your numbers. Most importantly, you will care about the person behind each enquiry. We believe valuable sales is about listening, understanding needs and helping people take the right next step.
No pressure. Clear communication, genuine care and consistent follow-up. You will be confident on the phone, organised in the CRM, resilient, commercially aware and comfortable asking for the sale when our services are genuinely suitable.
