About the role

Handle enquiries from walk-ins, phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and our website. Run private appointments in the showroom and present watches with confidence and care. Advise clients on models, references, condition, pricing and market value.

Source specific watches for clients and follow up on wishlists. Assess and buy watches from private sellers, including trade-ins. Negotiate and close sales, and prepare paperwork and invoices. Follow our secure payment, verification and shipping processes.

Keep client records and follow-ups up to date in our CRM. Stay across market trends, pricing and new releases. Help with content and client communications when needed.

About you

- Proven sales experience in luxury retail, watches, jewellery, cars or similar high-value products
- A real interest in watches (knowledge of references and the pre-owned market is a big plus)

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Discretion, honesty and a high level of professionalism

- Confident negotiator who's comfortable with high-value transactions

- Organised, reliable and positive with follow-up

- Full working rights in Australia

- Existing client network in the luxury space (nice to have)

- Experience with pre-owned or grey-market watch dealing (nice to have)

- Knowledge of authentication and condition grading (nice to have)
