This is not a “sit and wait” role — it’s for someone who knows how to create opportunities, convert relationships, and consistently bring listings to the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Driving prospecting and new business development

- Securing listings and building a strong personal pipeline

- Managing vendor relationships from appraisal through to settlement

- Conducting buyer follow-ups, open homes, and private inspections

- Running high-quality sales campaigns with attention to detail

- Maintaining an active CRM and database

- Building a recognisable presence in the Werribee market

- Representing Reliance with professionalism and confidence

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in residential sales (desirable but not essential)





- A strong listing and negotiation mindset

- Confidence in generating your own business (not relying on handouts)

- High energy, resilience, and consistency in follow-up

- Robust communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
- A genuine ambition to grow market share and personal brand

Requirements

- Valid Victorian driver’s licence

- Relevant real estate registration/licensing

- Local market knowledge (preferred but not essential if you can build it fast)
