The Opportunities

We’re recruiting for

- Sales Professional – for an experienced agent ready to grow their profile, listings and market share

- Sales Associate – for someone with industry experience looking to develop into a high-performing sales career

- Sales Assistant – for someone eager to enter real estate, learn from an experienced team and build strong foundations

Depending on the role, you may be involved in:
- Prospecting and business development

- Building and nurturing client relationships

- Buyer follow-up and database management

- Open homes and private inspections

- Property appraisals and listing preparation

- Vendor communication and campaign support

- Assisting with sales campaigns from listing through to settlement

- Developing strong local market knowledge

- Maintaining accurate CRM and client records

- Supporting the team with day-to-day sales activity

- Representing Reliance professionally within the Sunbury community

Previous real estate experience is highly regarded for the Sales Professional and Associate opportunities, but for the right Sales Assistant candidate, attitude, work ethic and potential are just as important.

A current Victorian driver’s licence and relevant real estate qualifications or registration will be required where applicable.
