- $2,000 sign-on bonus for new Curis nurses*
- Permanent Full time position
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- No shift work, weekends or on-call requirements
- Salary to $123,580 + Superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum
- Relocation assistance up to $2,000 for interstate candidates
- Temporary furnished accommodation available, subject to availability
- 6 weeks annual leave
Why You'll Love This Role
As the Dual Registered Midwife, you will provide holistic midwifery, women's health and primary healthcare services to women and families within a community setting.
You'll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, while also using your clinical skills and judgement to provide a broad range of services across the continuum of care.
Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Antenatal and postnatal care
- Women's health assessments and health checks
- Breastfeeding and lactation support
- Infant health and wellbeing
- Cervical screening
- Contraception and sexual health services
- Chronic disease management and health promotion
- Community outreach and preventative health programs
- Clinical assessment and treatment in line with the CARPA Manual
- Working closely with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team
This role will suit a midwife who enjoys working holistically, building strong relationships with patients and having a broad scope of practice.

To be eligible you must:
- Be currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with no restrictions
- Have a minimum of 3 years' postgraduate midwifery experience
- Have community, rural or remote midwifery experience
- Hold current mandatory competencies
- Have full Australian working rights
