The Clinic and Role:

- Long-established, GP-owned practice operating for over 20 years from a purpose-built facility
- Strong reputation within the local family community with excellent patient loyalty
- Genuine succession opportunity due to two long-term GPs retiring after 20-25 years at the practice
- Incoming GP will benefit from established patient bases, detailed clinical notes and strong handover support
- Current team of 10 GPs with six working partners providing stable leadership and support
- Collaborative team culture while maintaining strong GP autonomy
- Exceptional staff retention, with all doctors and team members being long-standing
- Supported by 4 nurses (2 RNs and 2 ENs), with 2 nurses onsite daily
- Busy practice with doctors generally booked up to 3 days ahead

- Significant chronic disease management and care plan workload contributing to robust billings

You:

- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- VR GP
- Comfortable working in a private billing environment
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Interested in building long-term patient relationships
- Enjoys working autonomously while being part of a supportive team
- Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a GP-owned practice
