Our client is an established family-owned Allied Health practice that has been operating since 2000, with a strong reputation for providing personalised, holistic care to patients and their families.
While the practice has traditionally focused on Podiatry and foot and posture-related care, they have recently seen an increase in Speech Pathology enquiries through their marketing efforts. As a result, they are looking to connect with a Speech Pathologist who is interested in joining their practice on a contractor basis and helping develop this growing area of their services.
The practice places a strong emphasis on thorough assessment, individualised care and building trusted relationships with patients. Their team takes a collaborative and holistic approach to healthcare, with a genuine focus on achieving positive outcomes for every person who comes through their doors.
About the role:
Our client is seeking a Contract Speech Pathologist to support the growing demand for Speech Pathology services within the practice.
The caseload is expected to be predominantly paediatric, although the exact patient demographics and caseload are still being established as enquiries continue to grow.
This is an opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who is comfortable having an open conversation about the role and working collaboratively with the practice as the caseload develops.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping how Speech Pathology services are delivered within an established and patient-focused practice.
Benefits:
- Join an established and well-regarded family-owned allied health practice
- Opportunity to build a Speech Pathology caseload from growing patient demand
- Flexibility to discuss a contractor arrangement that suits your circumstances
- Work within a holistic and patient-centred workplace
- Collaborate with an experienced allied health team
- Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new Speech Pathology service within the practice

- A patient-centred and collaborative approach to care
- Comfortable working with a predominantly paediatric caseload
