- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including configuration, data modeling, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems.
- Apply strong expertise in IBP Foundations and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;), including planning areas, master data, key figures, versions, planning levels, and planning operators.
- Design and configure Demand Planning processes, such as statistical forecasting, demand sensing, consensus planning, and desegregation at the right customer, product, and location levels.
- Integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and external data sources to ensure consistent planning data and real-time visibility.
- Build and optimize planning sequences, calculations,



and alerts using IBP planning operators, Excel add-in, and advanced modeling capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, run design workshops, and translate planning needs into scalable IBP solutions.
- Support testing, UAT, cutover, and post go-live hypercare, including troubleshooting data, performance, and calculation issues.
- Valuable to have: hands-on experience in IBP Inventory Optimization, including inventory targets, safety stock, replenishment, and multi-echelon inventory planning.
