What you’ll do
As our Schedule Planner, you’ll be the person keeping the day-to-day delivery admin running smoothly and accurately. You’ll update and maintain store delivery rosters, key and delete orders in SAP, work across Excel spreadsheets and templates, and upload information into different systems. There’s a good mix of routine and moving parts, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with numbers, staying on top of the detail and getting things right consistently.
What you’ll bring
You don’t need years of experience for this one. Some solid administration experience, confidence using Excel and Google Suite, and a good head for numbers will give you a great start. More importantly, you’ll be organised, accurate and consistent, with the kind of attention to detail that means things don’t get missed. We’ll train you on the systems and processes, so bring a willingness to learn and a practical, reliable approach.
What You’ll Experience
We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team!
