As we continue to grow, we are seeking two Casual Scheduling Officer to join our team in Kilburn.

You will commence in a casual position with full availability required across the week, including weekends and public holidays. The role operates within a 24/7 rostering environment and requires reliable attendance, flexibility and a willingness to work weekends as required to support operational needs. Scheduling will be managed on a rotating basis, with employees working across a 6–8 week rotating roster to support consistent coverage and operational requirements.
With an opportunity to transition to a Permanent Part-Time position, subject to performance, business requirements and availability.

About the Role The Rostering Officer plays a key operational role, connecting clients, Support Workers, Care Managers and office teams. The role requires a strong understanding of the SCHADS Award and the requirements for effectively rostering and scheduling HSW staff, including working hours, breaks, penalties and relevant rostering provisions.
You will be responsible for ensuring rosters are accurate, efficient and aligned with our clients' individual needs, while responding quickly to changes and unexpected challenges.
This is a busy, phone-based role that requires excellent attention to detail,
strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain support worker rosters across Adelaide Metro, Adelaide Rural and our Interstate Perth Office.
Match Support Workers to clients based on skills, availability, client needs and compatibility.
Manage roster changes, unplanned leave and shift allocations promptly.
Work proactively to minimise service disruptions and ensure continuity of care.
Respond professionally and promptly to calls, emails and messages from clients, Support Workers and managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee information within the rostering system.
Work collaboratively with Care Management, P&C;, Operations and other departments.
Identify and resolve rostering issues and gaps in a timely manner.
Provide a high level of customer service to clients and staff.
Ensure rostering practices are consistent with client requirements, employee availability and organisational procedures.
Participate in weekend rostering support and fortnightly on-call responsibilities, as required.

About You

Has 1–2 years' experience in administration or previous rostering, scheduling or a similar coordination role (desirable but not essential).

Pay: From $45.28 per hour
Experience
- scheduling or administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NDIS Clearance (Preferred)
