St Luke's Anglican School is seeking its next administration superstar to join our Administration Team as a School Officer - Student Services and Enquiries. This is a varied frontline role where you will provide high-quality reception and student services support, assist families with enquiries, and coordinate key enrolment and administrative processes.

The Opportunity
Permanent, part-time, term-time ( some School Holidays) | Commencing 19 January 2027.
Working Monday to Friday, this is an exciting chance to make a meaningful contribution to the day-to-day experience of our students, families and wider School community.
As a key member of our Administration Team, you will be a welcoming first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors, while providing high-quality administrative support across Student Services and Enrolments.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- High-level computer literacy, including Google Workspace and relevant School administration systems.
- Sound problem-solving, decision-making and judgement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
- Resilience and professionalism when managing challenging or high-volume enquiries.
- A confident, courteous and diplomatic approach, with a high standard of personal presentation.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities, systems and School requirements.
- A current Queensland Blue Card, or eligibility to obtain one.
- A commitment to student wellbeing, child safety and maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- A willingness to actively support the ethos and values of St Luke’s Anglican School.
