We're seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a high-profile government ICT program in Canberra.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews and Retrospectives
- Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across delivery teams
- Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and support successful project delivery
- Track and report Agile metrics including velocity, sprint predictability and delivery progress
We're looking for professionals with proven experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex ICT environments, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira and related Agile delivery tools.
