Our client is one of Australasia’s leading retailers of premium spas, saunas and swim-spas. With an established reputation for quality products, premium lifestyle solutions and exceptional customer service, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Second-in-Charge (2IC) Sales Consultant to join their Osborne Park showroom.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is ready to take the next step into a Second-in-Charge (2IC) role. Working closely with the Showroom Manager, you will play an important role in driving showroom sales performance, supporting and mentoring the sales team, managing customer enquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will remain hands-on with sales, guiding customers through the process of selecting premium spas, saunas and swim-spas, while managing showroom, phone and online enquiries, identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, preparing quotes, following up leads and confidently closing sales.

As the 2IC, you will also assist with the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the showroom team, helping maintain sales standards, accountability, motivation and a positive, high-performance culture, while stepping up to oversee daily branch operations when the Showroom Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the Showroom Manager with the day-to-day operation and performance of the showroom while maintaining your own sales portfolio and targets.



As the 2IC, you will step up to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch when the Branch Manager is away, assist with customer escalations, monitor lead follow-up, support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs, and assist staff with sales opportunities. You will also help maintain consistently high standards of customer service and showroom operations, while coaching team members, sharing sales techniques and product knowledge, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to a motivated, accountable and results-focused sales environment.

About You The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with the confidence and leadership ability to step into a Second-in-Charge (2IC) position.

You will have

· Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of target-driven environments and a consistent focus on achieving results.

· Previous leadership, senior sales or supervisory experience, with the confidence to lead by example and support the Showroom Manager when required.

· Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a genuine customer focus and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.





· Confidence in coaching and mentoring sales consultants, sharing knowledge, supporting sales opportunities and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.

· Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage leads, follow-ups, quotes and customer relationships while confidently handling customer concerns and working towards both individual and team KPIs.

Experience in furniture, automotive, real estate, home improvement, fitness, telecommunications or other premium/high-value sales environments will be highly regarded.
