We are currently looking for Experienced Security/Customer Service Officers to assist us in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service, calm approach and ability to de-escalate situations. These qualities are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are always provided.

Our client is located in regional Victoria - University / Tafe sector in the Geelong Area

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Customer Service

- Access control, ensure only authorised persons are entering the site - After hours

- Escorting contractors around the facility

- Greet and interact professionally with all visitors and contractors

- Conduct internal and external patrols

- Report and record any damage, unsecured hazards, or suspicious items/activity

In order to be shortlisted, you must present with the following qualities:

- Relevant experience within the Security industry.

- MUST have a current and valid Victorian Security License.





- MUST have a Working with Children’s Check

- Current First Aid & CPR Accreditation and able to provide first aid.

- A current and valid Driver's License.

- Excellent customer service skills

- Availability to work Monday to Friday (Mornings, Afternoon/Evening).

- Must have the ability to work in Australia unrestricted.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

- Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office, and Outlook & good knowledge of data processing systems.
