SECURITY OFFICERS – SHOPPING CENTRES

Multiple Positions Available | Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time

We are seeking professional, reliable and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team across leading shopping centre locations.

This is an opportunity to become part of a professional security operation where safety, customer service and teamwork are at the centre of everything we do.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Shopping Centre Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, contractors, and centre staff.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting regular security patrols throughout the shopping centre
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
- Responding to incidents, alarms and customer concerns
- Providing professional customer service and assistance
- Supporting retailers and centre management
- Managing access and restricted areas
- Completing incident reports and daily operational reports
- Responding to emergencies in accordance with site procedures
- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
- Working closely with the Security Office and Centre Management team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Current Security Licence appropriate for the role
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass required background and employment checks
- Previous shopping centre or security experience is highly regarded
