Base salary: $33,348 – 146,945 per annum plus superannuation
Location: Parramatta, Sydney CBD or other NSW locations (hybrid work available)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Advisor,
Business Operations, you will coordinate high-level business support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the division. You will manage and improve business systems, processes and operational activities while supporting strategic and operational priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and improve business systems, procedures and processes
- Manage project activities including planning, resources, budgets and reporting
- Provide specialist business operations advice and support
- Coordinate operational planning and resource management
- Prepare reports, briefings and business cases
- Monitor performance, KPIs and service delivery outcomes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in business operations, project management or operational improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Robust report writing and business documentation experience
- Focus on delivering customer and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing activities and contract management—including market analysis, supplier engagement, evaluation, negotiation and ongoing contract administration—will be highly regarded.
- Ability to interpret and translate legislation, policy and regulatory requirements into clear, practical operational guidance is essential.
Salary Grade 9/10,
with the base salary for this role starting at $133,348 base plus superannuation
